Vision board/manifestation meditation is from 12:30-1:30pm. Please bring magazines, catalogues, pictures, posterboard, glue, scissors. Donations accepted for meditation, etc.

108 Sun Salutations to live drumming is from 2-4pm. You don't need to do all 108! Just bring your mat and your willingness to try. Let's honor our intentions together, through movement! Cost is $40.

40 Days to Personal Revolution

We are spiritual beings having a human experience. When we are in alignment with both of those, there is ease, flow, power, surrender. When we lose our center, we experience struggle, disconnect, and imbalance. In between the upheaval of summer fun and the craziness that can be the holiday season, we have a brief period to pause, regroup, and come back into alignment. Through small, tangible shifts we begin to see big changes on and off our mats… join me in re-centering: be your human and walk your sacred!

Our 6 week journey is a commitment to:
Daily yoga practice (in a studio or at home; 6x/wk)
Meditation (2x/day)
Journaling and Self-inquiry
Mindful eating
Weekly group meetings (at Shine Yoga Studio)

Group meetings are Wednesdays 7:30-8:45pm

Price: $100 (registration deadline 10/5*) - includes daily support, practice videos, group meetings.

Start your day off with a grounding and relaxing all-levels yoga class in the beautiful Three Fox Vineyards meadow, on the edge of a bubbling stream. Bring a picnic for after and enjoy all the vineyard has to offer - sweeping views, relaxing hammocks, Corn Hole, Bocce ball, and a special offer of $5 glasses of wine and/or 15% off bottles for participating yogis!
