Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

The hurt and disconnect in the world are a reflection of the hurt and disconnect within us.

We have splintered ourselves internally in ways that weaken our ability to hold intersection, plurality, paradox, healthy tension and conflict, the full depths of love.

Through judging and shaming ourselves (or internalizing false and hurtful beliefs) we have made ourselves into colanders rather than bowls. In this state, things feel more threatening because we literally can’t hold them.

But there is a path to wholeness. There are others who have walked it, are walking it now.

If we want to see wholeness without, we must dive deep, into the depths, the shadows, the grief... and we must allow ourselves to be transformed by it.

Balance is not found in unity. It is found in plurality and intersectionality.

It’s time to bring the pieces of you home. Embody the ‘AND’ space.

Only then will you be truly capable of deep love, compassion, and flow.

Today’s #mondaymessage comes at a threshold time.

Spring has arrived in the Northern Hemisphere. The zodiac/astrological calendar year just began again.

More evidence of our collective unhealed shadow continues to be brought to the light through violent hate crimes.

And still there are folks continuing to speak truth with power. Holding up lanterns. Loving the collective fiercely enough to say, “no more”.

The cards today invite us to make sure we are anchoring what we think, speak, and do in something deep and real- something that recognizes and honors how interconnected we all are. Something that recognizes that the space between our highest aspirations and our daily stumblings is where our greatness lies.

They ask- what do you return to again and again? Where do your source your best self from? While things outside can be inspiring, ultimately you need something inside you that holds.

Things may feel shaky right now- perhaps even to the core.

Deep breaths.

We got this.

There is a container that holds us, unfailing in its love. Always.

Everything else plays out against that backdrop. We can take courage and solace in its embrace.

Because life is change. Always.

Shedding skins is our power move. It’s what keeps us fresh and vital. When we fear cycles, we can zoom out. Each moment is both death and rebirth. Find your center.

The heart is your center and anchor. Always.

In it we know abundance, we can hear inner guidance and the guidance of our higher self, our helping ancestors and consciousnesses, our moral compass. We can evaluate our thoughts- are they helpful or hurtful? What are they in service to?

When we are in service we easily connect with that loving container that holds us. Our gaze is zoomed out wide to see the mutuality of give-receive.

These cards point to the cycle. Any shakiness is just this moment. Tune in. Shed what doesn’t serve. Trust your heart and the Love that holds it.

We got this.

We exist in a web of mutuality. That means we exist in relationship.

For growth to happen, these relationships must be tended.

Gratitude tends relationships.

Ritual tends relationships.

Being present and doing things with full awareness and heart tends relationships.

Being whole within ourselves tends relationships.

The seasons are changing. Pay attention to your wild, animal nature right now. Notice the elements- where is there fire in your life, water, earth, air?

“Come home, come home,” they whisper.

Coming home does not mean going somewhere else. It means dropping in and offering up your heart.

“I am here.”

How do we know when observation and our quest for deeper truths have landed in something aligned and powerful versus something false and seductive?

There is something in us which wants to *know*. Our nervous system (and our ego or human self) frequently feel more comfortable in stability and certainty.

Yet life is always changing and we are adaptable and resilient. That is our super power... and our downfall.

In order to be seekers, cocreators, brains who are always learning and souls that are always loving towards our highest good; we have to practice discernment.

Notice today where you’re listening from and what you are listening to: is it fear and scarcity-based?

It is aligned with Love and the highest good for our interconnected web of Life?

Do your body, mind, and soul all feel like they can get behind your sources and ways of knowing? What about your actions?

The detective archetype is important to bring to our spiritual quests. It helps us stay curious and open, to be discerning and ask questions. It keeps us from finding the easy answer, the one that just agrees with and reinforces what is easy for us to believe, and keeps us turning over the stones until we find what aligns with our Higher Self.

We can know deeper truths not because they are always easy, but because they help the puzzle pieces click together and greater peace to enter into our actions, on behalf of all of creation.
